STEPtember is about being mindful of our activity and setting goals to move and increase our daily physical activity. 10,000 steps a day is a lot for most people – but it’s only goal to aim for during STEPtember. The World Health Organization recommends that adults get at least 150 minutes of low to moderate intensity physical activity per week to maintain and improve your health. This means your steps throughout the day can contribute to your 150 minutes of target activity.
